- Electrostatic ApplicationThe powder coating is applied using an electrostatic spray gun, ensuring an even, uniform thickness across the entire surface.
- CuringThe coated parts are baked in our specialized ovens at temperatures between 180°C and 200°C. This melts the powder and fuses it into a continuous, heavy-duty shield.
